Custom domain support for the MS365 Home service requires GoDaddy. The business SKUs don’t have that limitation. This requirement is new within the past year or two. The Home /Family SKU used to support using other registrars. It’s a ridiculous limitation. I use the business SKUs at home with my spouse, but we use Fastmail for email, so it’s not an issue for us.
