I feel cheated. I saw 'Fragility', 'Taleb' and 'Bitcoin' in the same sentence and I thought this was going to be peak bullshit but just reading the abstract, seems like I kind of agree with him.
- canjobear 5y agoOne of the side effects of Taleb being a truly independent thinker is that pretty much everyone will find they agree with some of his takes and violently disagree with others.
- decebalus1 5y agoI'd say more 'broken clock being right twice a day' than 'truly independent thinker' but sure.
