With that in mind, I did a brief hunt for an exhaustive listing of dodecahedron dimensions but found nothing. I did find detailed information about a single dodecahedron, but not all of them. It seems like an important bit of information to have when speculating about their function and I wonder why this hasn't been compiled, and if it has, why it isn't widely known.
