In the real world, Proof of ownership is not done digitally. Eg. You think https://opensea.io/DisneyCollectibles https://opensea.io/DisneyCollectibles is really owned by the nft creator? What would happen with a copyright infringement? Then it's proven it's not his, but it's still on the Blockchain. It just doesn't work in practice.
