One-third programmers use marijuana while working, touting creative benefits
- PaulHoule 5y agoI’d hesitate to say that it helps (certainly does reduce attention span) but two beers does a lot more damage to my coding ability than two tokes.
- Someone 5y ago“Of our sample” and “have tried it at least once” (18% use it at least once a month), on a self selected sample, with no good way to verify the veracity of responses. Sample also seems biased towards those who “had taken a programming course for CS-majors 1–3 years before participating”, i.e. younger persons who aren’t necessarily programmers.
