Ask HN: Are links submitted to HN automatically archived?

It seems that it would be useful to automatically archive the links submitted to HN, both to Archive.org and archive.is. Does anyone have a bot doing this currently? Seems like https://www.gwern.net/Archiving-URLs would also be highly relevant.
