Responsibilities and Disclosures to Your Customers (iv) not use Services to sell products or services in a manner that is unfair or deceptive, exposes Customers to unreasonable risks, or does not disclose material terms of a purchase in advance; and (v) inform Customers that Stripe and its global affiliates process Transactions (including payment Transactions) for you.
