Is this common at all with other PSPs? What line of work is your business in by the way?

  The only time I've seen a PSP give a time frame this short is because we accidentally provoked VISA. We had some VERY cheap products, like $2, and an insanely easy checkout. Some one in the UK created a bot to buy these products to verify stolen credit cards. VISA found out before we did, and basically told us to shut it down or lose the ability to accept VISA cards. All this was communicated via the PSP.
