I wish browsers would render text/markdown. It's easy to write, theme, and host. I know it's not the best text format out there but it's reasonable to write and read for most cases.
- easrng 5y agoI'm making an addon for Firefox (not sure if it will work on chrome) that renders markdown and gemtext right now actually. It's not on AMO yet, but you can get it from https://github.com/easrng/txtpage https://github.com/easrng/txtpage
- NateEag 5y agoIt's not hard to generate a static collection of HTML from Markdown documents. Pandoc is probably my favorite tool for that job: https://pandoc.org/ https://pandoc.org/
