I must confess, I was recently hired by AWS. I didn’t see any LeetCode. Maybe I’m lucky, but the hiring process is actually quite involved from what I’ve seen, and they have some very specific processes that they go through to try and make sure you’re a good fit for the team and will likely be able to do the job well. Maybe some of the more dev-focused jobs do have a shared coding environment that they want you to use for the examples they will want you to go through, but they also tell you in advance what that environment is so that you can play around with it before the interview and so that it won’t be totally alien to you.
