I have family members who refuse to clean knifes properly. I need stainless steel. Personally, I'd prefer to have high carbon, but I know it'd be a rusted mess in a month.
- yumraj 5y agoI've had great success with Victorinox stainless steel knives. They are pretty sharp, for us anyway, and seem to keep that way. And, they seem to be pretty reasonably priced.
