  Did he qualify the statement or make it in general? If he didn't qualify it, he is simply incorrect. Additionally, if he suggested that for any demographic the vaccine is more dangerous than COVID, even if he mentioned that it was only for one demographic and only for one vaccine, he was wrong and remains wrong.
