I'm not saying this number won't grow. It will absolutely grow, if only because we will all get older. But it's likely that the number is relatively maxed out, which is kinda interesting. Everyone who can uses the internet. And among those who can't are children who will soon use it, rural people who might soon use it and oppressed people who might experience a revolution, migration or whatever reason to then use the internet.
