Yeah, and all this drama vs actually you know, testing things in the 10 years they've had is rediculous by the FAA. Seriously, just test it. You have thousands of flights a day. On a day with visual flight rules put a transmitter at 4.0ghz, max power, worst case radiation pattern and land a 737, 787, A320 and A321 etc as a test. There is something going on here that we don't know about.
