I've owned two Hondas, and they both had major transmission failures (granted, they occurred at about a quarter-million miles). After that experience, I'd probably lean to Toyota more, although the Toyotas I've owned have been more rust-prone.
- alphabettsy 5y agoI had a similar issue with a Honda. Given the mileage that it happened at and that it was otherwise practically flawless I’d buy another no problem since the repair was expensive at ~$3k but the only major repair necessary.
