Living in the southwest, I’ve experienced perceptible changes in weather patterns. Winters are now mild, summers have grown more intense. My heating bills have dropped to zero. My cooling bills have jumped, and climbs every year. Switching to heat pumps will be a minor expense compared to the effects of climate change we’ll have to pay for in the next few decades.
