NYC has "extreme cold" and likely puts heat pumps into their very inefficient range many days of the year.
- kbajorin 5y agoIt's generally fairly temperate in NYC. The Daikin in my building runs at 100% capacity down to -4F. The last time NYC recorded below -4 was 1943.
