Doubtful, Xi Jing Ping is hellbent on destroying the Chinese tech industry right now

  In what way has the Chinese government destroyed Chinese tech. The big tech companies are still there just more regulated. They are also still innovating. The Chinese government does actually know the difference between real productive forces and the stock market. It would be really weird for a socialist government to not know the theoretic works of Marx, lenin and stalin.
