The idea of having a computers integrated with the home seems great, but to me the voice interface is awkward at best. I’d much rather have a uniform interface for controlling house devices via their APIs as wall mounted touchscreens (connected to mics, speakers, etc. as desired) An iPad is close hardware wise but a uniform and customizable UI would be ideal. Just seems like a lot has been built via voice because a voice OS didn't exist, as opposed to voice actually being the best way to receive commands and output information.
