Capitalism: What Has Gone Wrong
- Yaa101 5y agoNothing went wrong from the perspective of capitalism, this is merely the endgame, the inevitable outcome of this system. There is no pride in having billionaires as each billion owned by a single entity deprives 100 of million others of their ability to sustain. It is not as if suddenly a fairy magically let a billion whatever currency exists, maybe some 50 million come into existence, the other 950 million has to be taken from others. All systems have their nasty outcomes when not held in check by competing systems. We all know the down sides of socialism, communism, fascism and so on, but capitalism has a major one too, it causes extreme poverty to many many people. It all comes down to finding a balance between solidarity and commerce, individualism and collective, freedom and responsibility.
