A quality mountain bike and road bike. Quality hiking/backpacking gear. A stand up paddle board and camper van to lug it all in. Solid hiking shoes, a great foot insole and trekking poles. Outside of that, over the ear wired headphones are used everyday. Mine are 10 years old and work and sound fantastic.
