Curious, why do they describe her as a technocrat when her background is in law?
- mrec 5y ago"Technocrat" doesn't necessarily imply "technologist". It's like the more colloquial "wonk", i.e. someone who's more interested in the minutiae of policy rather than party affiliation or personal aggrandizement. Offtopic: dear god that article is a design trainwreck. I don't think I've ever been more thankful for Firefox's reader view.
