I thought AWS was down. i was unable to access docker hub, aws status page and lot of sites. my DO droplet in BGR was also unable to pull images from docker hub

I thought AWS was down. i was unable to access docker hub, aws status page and lot of sites. my DO droplet in BGR was also unable to pull images from docker hub. weird.
