Do you have an automation process? I've always been curious about how much of the bio-worlds testing could be automated.
- joshuamcginnis 5y agoI'm doing a small enough volume that automation isn't quite needed yet. The process is basically creating a soil dilution, culturing some special media broth and then plating samples the next day. If this small experiment shows promise, there's talk of implementing something like Opentrons.
- koeng 5y agoQuite a bit of it. Opentrons is a good place to start if you’re thinking about it.
