I set OneDrive on all on my devices to keep the KDBX file locally and sync it from the cloud if there is any change. Only syncing issue I have is with Dropbox, moved to OneDrive and never have issues with keeping it synced so far. If OneDrive went down, the KDBX file will be there because it is set to keep the file locally.
