A tracking device made by Apple is showing up in suspected crimes
- Someone 5y agoSo, Apple sells a tracking device that repeatedly tells iPhone users “hey, something is stalking you”. Questions: - how many similar devices that don’t tell you are out there? - can android users detect them, too? - can you tell your phone not to tell Apple where tags you don’t know about are? (Probably not, as the value of AirTags is that Apple can tell you where they are when they are out of Bluetooth range of your devices)
