  I think in this case velociraptor is correct. The parent comment is not talking about the real dinosaurs, but rather making an analogy to the fictional creatures in the movie, which means the terminology of the movie is correct since that's the context. The pedantic point would be "the movie meant Utahraptor" or such, but not that the parent commenter did.
