- mnd999 5y agoIt’s a strange way of looking at things. Probably what they should be doing is using the data to identify groups that may need extra support to meet the standard and make that support available to them. Eliminating the standard completely is rather odd.

- danuker 5y agoGood point. I hope the legal tradeoffs will eventually lead towards a better life for all, rather than a uniformly bad life for all. For this, at least some discrimination is needed.
