Amazon’s Alexa Stalled with Users as Interest Faded
- adolph 5y agoSofar I think Amazon has failed at developing Alexa as a platform. As an anecdote, my kids enjoyed playing trivia and a Zork-style games. - karmakaze 5y agoSeems like a logical/obvious result: > The other hurdle is an even more basic challenge: People simply don’t find Alexa that useful. > Amazon’s goal with Alexa was to pull users into a deeper relationship with the company’s services, allowing it to profit in various ways. Maybe if the product put the users goals first it might be more popular.
