Why is there almost no talk about updating the vaccines? Isn't that supposed to be very easy with mRNA technology? I get that it would take several months to roll out, and that the old pre-alpha boosters are a good stop gap in the meantime, but it seems like it would make much more sense to have effective Omicron vaccines as soon as possible instead of more and more of less and less effective vaccines.
