- rfrezende 5y ago"Kiko" comes from "O que é que eu tenho a ver com isso?" (Something like "What's it got to do with me?"). When you pronounce this phrase fast in Brazilian Portuguese it sounds like "Ki ko tenho a ver com isso?" and then became the slang "kiko".
