OK, I had the same problem with phonetics. If you're facing it as a practical problem and just want to skip to the solution, it's easy: learn English with a native speaker, if possible one to one or in a small group. Without that option, I had to choose a hack: after knowing enough of the written language, watching movies and series with subtitles. But very important: English subtitles. Then removing the subtitles. Lots of YouTube videos of some topic (to get famiiar with vocabulary) is an excellent complement. Once you understand mostly everything that others are saying, speaking is much easier.
