But if that country was already starving/hungry that would only exacerbate the situation.
And yes some kind of strategic reserve of defence weapons would be required by all countries.
- emteycz 5y agoMany people hate their state and would gladly do anything to hurt it. And weapons - military grade - are trivial to build at home even for beginner machinists.
