As a junior engineer who started career in 2019, I pretty much owe all my knowledge to Tuple, which I've been using to pair program with senior engineers since pandemic started in early 2020!

- winterplace 5y agoWhere did you find senior engineers to pair with?
- invictus_78 5y agoAt my company, we have a pairing buddy system for junior engineers. Each week a senior eng was my official "buddy" to help me in whatever I needed, then we would pair via Tuple. This was really great in order for me to grow.
