Omicron dominant in Denmark as daily infections reach new record
- cpncrunch 5y agoHere is the important part: "Denmark logged a record 13,558 infections in the last 24 hours, but saw the number of COVID-19 patients in hospitals drop by 27 to 554. Daily hospital admissions and deaths are still below levels seen in December last year."
- creato 5y agoThere is too much noise in this data to conclude anything. When I google denmark covid cases and hospitalizations, the trend is increasing for both around the same time. However, the ratio between hospitalization trends and infection trends is lower than for past waves, but by a smaller factor than your cherrypicked datapoint would suggest.

- cpncrunch 5y agoWhich study is that?
- cpncrunch 5y agoIn the google graph deaths are stable or decreasing slightly in the past week. Its hospialisations are a week old, and the latest data from this article sas they are actually reducing.
