Doesn't "unruliness" in the form of the dramatic misbehaviour we've seen, sometimes including assault, indicate a lack of trustworthiness? Someone might not have had the forethought to sneak something on the plane but still try to cause harm. Certainly we revoke people's other rights for far lesser infractions.
