Have you looked at the use cases of small businesses? Dropbox being able to decrypt their files can be problematic in some cases. The IPFS-based ransomware protection feature seems not quite right in this context. Storing encrypted data in public could be a negative for some as mentioned elsewhere. Instead, users often need to retain an immutable version history which would also provide similar protection.
