  Interesting. The closest we have to that is largest hardware store around here will allow you to rent a truck for $20 for an hour with a $150 deposit. There's no trailer option. There are a couple companies here that rent trucks/trailers and focus their marketing towards people that are moving. Their base rates for the trucks and trailers are the same and start in the same $20 ballpark. The trucks are a little more expensive for long moves as they have a per-mile surcharge if you exceed a certain distance with them. Most people still opt for the trucks over the trailers with the rarity of cars with tow hitches installed.
