That is obviously absurd.
There is no way The US, EU, China or any other nation will give up the power/capability of printing their own money.
Especially so when giving up the one power would subject them to another that can be gamed by adversaries.
Show me when crude oil is listed in Bitcoin.
- cblconfederate 5y agoThey didn't always have that capability. It's unlikely that one of them will give it up, but more likely that they will be forced to do it all together
- sonotathrowaway 5y agoIt’s even dumber when the these countries are in the process of rolling out their own cryptocurrencies, which will negate most of the novel benefits of Bitcoin.
