Thanks for your list! Like you say - it's a two way street. If I was a recruiter, I would offer examples like yours as values in their future job. You've listed a few that we take for granted in our small company (like not being asked for impossible-to-meet metrics). Can you think of values one should look for in the person themselves in order to fulfill the other side of the two-way street? Thanks again!
