Wonder if you have to do the Ask HN: format. Personally probably not unless I can cash it out right away/I have that choice. Also retirement is not something I really count on. My own plan is to make enough/invest it. That old FIRE idea. I have hopped around jobs wise I probably have random 401K's here and there with a few dollars in them.
