What about being from a country that's not the United States makes a developer less skilled?
- bobsterman 5y agoIt's not that they arent skilled, they just don't have the incentive to demonstrate them.

- omgitsabird 5y agoNothing. From browsing software engineering literature from the early 2000s, the common issue seems to be communication or processes, which is the fault of the hiring company, not that of the developers/consultancy themselves.
