I think this just shows how regulation makes people inventive =) I cry a little bite about the mercs and bmws though, some would have had much more value in restauration than conversion to a mobility scootesr :/ They should have just limited the ECU of the more modern cars and once you turn 18 they remove the limits. In germany we do that do the heavy bikes for young people
