Ah, yeah, the absolute worst then. I get to now go to an office and have to still deal with all the remote aspects because Billy is in office 1, Jenny is in office 2, Alex is in office 3, and I’m here in office 4. Since these offices are spread throughout a large geographical area - there’s no real way for us to easily meet up for a meeting randomly. Wooo!! On top of that - small offices tend to have less amenities as well. So now there’s no gym, maybe no kitchen, and very little benefits to the office overall because everyone is still distributed and now you have a super shitty micro office that clutters up a suburban hellscape. Awesome…
