- fsloth 5y agoPaul Graham's Roots of Lisp is a pretty good introduction to the fundamentals http://www.paulgraham.com/rootsoflisp.html http://www.paulgraham.com/rootsoflisp.html (The actual document is a .ps at the bottom of the page)
- andi999 5y agoThanks. I need some time to parse this. So this 436 bytes lisp implemented the 7 commands, so one can write the eval function?
- fsloth 5y agoMore or less. Read-eval-apply loop is the core concept of running a Lisp program. Structure And Interpretation Of Computer Programs is an excellent reference on the detail on how to put together such a system and how to use it.
