- arcticbull 5y agoYes, it's limited by the constitution as I indicated in the final sentence.
- rgrieselhuber 5y agoIt just seemed somewhat contradictory because the limitations placed by the Constitution specifically are designed to prevent the rule by majority statement you made in the beginning.
