Ah, thankfully this temblor was no big deal here in Fort Bragg on the Mendocino coast.
Especially as compared to the Loma Prieta quake, I was in Mountian View for that one, it was an E-Ticket ride!
At first I thought this quake was a big gust of wind shaking my little 100 year old house, but after 2 long seconds of shaking I jumped up to grab my Go Bag, but before I could get to it the shaking had stopped.
The local email listserv lit up with reports from Albion to Westport, no real damage reported, just a couple things falling off shelves.
Haven't seen reports from Eureka/Arcata yet, but I'd bet there's some damage up there, even though this was an realy short duration quake.
We're all waiting for the Big One here on the Mendo coast, the 1906 SF quake destroyed half of our business district by fire.
