- ndesaulniers 5y agoI'm guessing the Evergrande fiasco is pushing folks to avoid investing in the Chinese real estate market more-so (if they can get funds out of China). I just hope folks can pay for those offers. I wonder what a foreclosure will do to surrounding property values?
