So... will she be trialled for slandering a high-ranking member of the ruling cabal? What's that, no? Why not, why does she enjoy that privilege? Why doesn't the punitive government want to punish her for issuing a "false" rape charge and "smearing" China's name in the international scene? Is it because he did rape her, this recantation is a lie, and they just want the focus off this topic as soon as possible?
