  Does anybody know if this could be creating flow-on effects to Google Container Registry? We're seeing some very weird behaviour at the moment.

    It isn't affecting pulling from GCR, but any builds are likely using a FROM line referencing dockerhub, and most CI solutions also run containers from Dockerhub

      I knew that the package registry hosted ruby gems, npm packages, and .NET packages, but I did not know it had container image support. That's pretty neat!

  docker compose up --build => ERROR [internal] load metadata for docker.io/library/python:3.11.0a3-slim-bullseye 503 Service Unavailable I just need Docker to rebuild from the last 2 layers of the Dockerfile (COPY & CMD). Is there a way to force it?
